Shade Trees for Canadian properties.
A well-positioned shade tree can cool outdoor living areas, soften a building, improve privacy, and become the defining feature of a property. We supply maples, oaks, lindens, honey locusts, and other dependable canopy trees in practical sizes. Selection accounts for hardiness, branch form, roots, utilities, street setbacks, soil volume, seasonal colour, and the long-term space the crown will need.

About shade trees.
Distance depends on the species’ mature crown, root behaviour, soil volume, and the location of foundations, utilities, driveways, and overhead wires. Many medium and large canopy trees need substantially more room than their nursery size suggests. We plan from mature dimensions so today’s placement remains sensible decades from now.
A larger starting tree gives immediate presence, but establishment quality matters more than buying the tallest specimen. Depending on species and conditions, healthy trees may add roughly 30 to 60 centimetres or more each year after establishment. Correct planting depth, consistent watering, and adequate root space are the biggest early influences.
